First Appearance: Faith, Hope and Trick

Mr. Trick was a sophisticated, modernised, technology-driven vampire who served the aged Kakistos until his death at the hands of Faith in 1998. Mr. Trick thought that it would be a good game to hunt the Slayers down following his master’s death, and this brought him to the attention of Mayor Richard Wilkins, who employed Trick to be his assistant in all things concerning the ascension. Trick hired Ethan Rayne to work for them at one point, and was later sent to stop the Slayers after Faith accidentally murdered Allan Finch. During the battle, as Trick was about to strangle Buffy, Faith staked him, and Trick, genuinely surprised, crumbled to dust.
