First Appearance: The Initiative

A friend of Riley Finn, Graham Miller was also an Initiative operative under his command. Unlike Forrest, Graham was more reserved and had no issue with Buffy being Riley’s girlfriend or the Slayer. When Adam’s hordes overran the Initiative, Graham took command and rallied the remaining soldiers in a final effort to defeat the demons. He later stood up for Riley and praised him to their superiors for his role in stopping Adam.

Several months afterwards, Buffy contacted Graham when Riley’s heart began to fail as a result of the Initiative’s experiments. Riley was saved, and Graham encouraged his friend to rejoin the government and accompany him to Belize to stop a demon attack. With nothing left tying him to Sunnydale, Riley left with Graham.

Years later, Graham appeared on national television as a leading military expert on the supernatural, offering analysis and commentary drawn from his years of experience within the Initiative and beyond.
