A friend of Riley Finn, Graham Miller was also an Initiative operative under his command. Unlike Forrest, Graham was slightly more reserved and had no problem with Buffy being Riley’s girlfriend or the Slayer. When Adam’s hordes overran the Initiative, Graham took command and rallied the soldiers to his side in an effort to defeat the demons. Graham later stood up for Riley and praised him to their superiors for his role in stopping Adam. Several months later, Buffy called Graham when Riley’s heart began to fail after the Initiative’s experiments on him. He was saved, and Graham later motioned for his friend to rejoin the government and come to Belize with him to stop a demon attack. Without Buffy to keep him in Sunnydale, Riley left with Graham.
