Allen Francis Doyle, a half-human, half-demon with a heart of gold and a wicked sense of humor, was the first member to join Angel Investigations. Haunted by a troubled past and a failed marriage, Doyle was given the gift – or burden – of visions from the Powers That Be, guiding Angel to those in need. Though he often downplayed his bravery, Doyle’s compassion and loyalty shone through in every mission.

Doyle’s time with the team was tragically short but profoundly impactful. He proved himself a hero in the truest sense when he sacrificed his life to save others, passing his visions to Cordelia in his final moments. Though he was gone, Doyle’s legacy lived on, inspiring Angel and the team to continue their fight for redemption in his name.
